Welcome to Tlobni! By accessing www.tlobni.com or the Tlobni mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Platform and its services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are entered into between Tlobni (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Tlobni”) and you (“User,” “you”).

 

Purpose of Tlobni

Tlobni is a universal infrastructure for opportunity — enabling verified users and organizations to post, claim, and manage access to meaningful, limited opportunities.
We do not guarantee outcomes from any opportunity listed; Tlobni serves solely as a trusted intermediary and technology provider facilitating discovery, engagement, and verification.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The Tlobni website and mobile application.

  • Services: The infrastructure enabling users and organizations to post, discover, and engage with verified opportunities (“Drops”) across professional, educational, and social contexts.

  • User: Any individual using the Platform, including Seekers, Makers, and Organizations.

  • Seeker: A verified user exploring and claiming opportunities for personal or professional growth.

  • Maker: An individual, expert, or public figure offering limited opportunities through the Platform.

  • Organization: A company, university, or institution posting or managing opportunities for its employees, clients, or students.

  • Affiliation Graph: The privacy-safe network generated by verified interactions on Tlobni, mapping who belongs where, engages with what, and seeks which kind of access.

  • User Content: Any information, media, or materials uploaded or shared by Users.

  • Unacceptable Content: Any material that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or infringes upon intellectual property rights.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Tlobni, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and account usage.
  • Use the Platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.
  • Refrain from posting Unacceptable Content.
  • Not misuse the Platform’s communication and booking features.
  • Ensure any transactions and interactions comply with local laws and regulations.

3. Providers’ Terms

3.1. Seekers

  • Seekers may claim available Drops posted by Makers or Organizations.

  • Participation in an opportunity may require verification of eligibility (e.g., employment, academic affiliation).

  • Seekers must engage respectfully and follow any participation terms set by the Maker or Organization.

3.2. Makers

  • Makers may post limited opportunities (“Drops”) that align with their expertise or public role.

  • Makers must represent their offerings accurately and deliver any promised experience or interaction in good faith.

  • Makers may choose to donate part of their earnings or impact to verified causes.

3.3. Organizations

  • Organizations can invite verified employees, clients, or students to join private spaces.

  • They can control access to opportunities, track participation, and measure engagement.

  • Organizations are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, internal HR policies, and user privacy.

4. Data and Privacy

  • Tlobni collects and processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy.

  • The Affiliation Graph and analytics layer operate on anonymized or aggregated data to ensure privacy and compliance.

  • Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Some Drops or SaaS features may require payment.

  • All payments are processed through Tlobni’s designated payment partners.

  • Fees, commissions, or subscriptions will be transparently disclosed.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the opportunity’s specific terms and Tlobni’s refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, its design, brand, and software are owned by Tlobni and protected under intellectual property laws.

  • Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

  • By uploading User Content, you grant Tlobni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for operational, promotional, and analytical purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Tlobni provides the Platform “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties or guarantees about any opportunities or outcomes resulting from engagement on the Platform.

  • Tlobni is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions of third-party Makers or Organizations.

  • Users engage at their own discretion and risk.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • Tlobni reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User’s access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.
  • Users found engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior may have their accounts permanently removed.
  • Providers failing to meet quality standards or engaging in misconduct may be subject to account suspension.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with Lebanese laws.
