**Position Title:** Technical Sales Executive

**Timings:** 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

## Position Purpose

We are looking for a **Technical Sales Executive** to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting technical solutions, and converting prospects into successful software development projects.

## Education

**Bachelor's or Master's degree** in a relevant field from a reputed local or foreign university.

## Experience

**1-2 years** of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, business development, or client engagement within the IT/software industry.

## Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic job postings.
* Analyze client requirements and prepare accurate project estimates.
* Create compelling proposals, quotations, and pricing plans.
* Conduct client meetings and present technical solutions effectively.
* Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
* Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate requirement handover.
* Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company SOPs.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

## Requirements

* Strong understanding of **software development lifecycles** and solution architecture.
* Knowledge of **MERN, Laravel, mobile frameworks, DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI solutions**.
* Experience with **B2B sales, CRM tools, sales pipelines, and lead generation**.
* Strong proposal writing, estimation, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, research, and prospecting abilities.
* Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
* Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Excellent writing, editing, and documentation skills.
